How to Add a Product
This guide will walk you through the complete process of adding a new product to your vendor account, from basic details to final submission.
Step 1: Go to Your Products Page
After logging in, open your Vendor Dashboard and click Products.
This page shows all the items you are currently selling.
Step 2: Click “Add New Product”
Click the Add New Product button at the top of the page to start adding a new item.
Step 3: Add Product Image
On the right-hand panel, click Add Product Cover. A modal window will appear where you can: drag or select image from your local computer.
Step 4: Enter the Product Name and Type
Type the Product Name and choose the type of product:
- Regular product
- Affiliate product
- Grouped product
Turn on Downloadable if it includes a file, or Virtual if it doesn’t need shipping.
Step 5: Choose Category and Set the Price
Select the Category where your product belongs.
Enter the Price and, if applicable, add a Discounted Price and set the schedule.
Step 6: Upload Product Image and Write Descriptions
Upload a clear Product Image.
Add Brand and Tags if available.
Write a Short Description for quick details and a Full Description for complete information.
Step 7: Set Inventory or Stock Details
Choose whether the product is In stock or Out of stock.
If tracking quantity, turn on Stock Management and enter how many items are available.
Step 8: Add Downloadable File (If Digital)
If this is a digital product, upload the file or paste the file link. Set the download limit and expiry if needed.
Step 9: Shipping and Tax Settings
For physical products, enter the weight and size.
Choose whether the product is taxable and select the tax type if required.
Step 10: Link Related Products (Optional)
Add Upsells (recommended alternatives) or Cross-sells (suggested cart items).
Add attributes like color or size if applicable.
Step 11: Save the Product
Review everything, then click Save Product.
Your product will appear in the list with a Pending status while waiting for approval.
