Overview
The Smart Currency Manager (SCM) allows you to control how currencies are used, displayed, and calculated across your store. It ensures accurate pricing, consistent reporting, and proper currency conversion for products, balances, and analytics.

Accessing the Smart Currency Manager
From your Vendor Dashboard, navigate Smart Currency Manager.

Default Currency Selection
Purpose
The Default Currency is the primary currency used across your store. It affects:
- Product pricing
- Customer transactions
- Vendor balances
- Reports and analytics
Available Currency Options
You can choose from the following supported currencies:
- United States Dollar (USD)
- Euro (EUR)
- British Pound Sterling (GBP)
- Chinese Yuan (CNY)

Currency Change Warning
What Happens When You Change the Default Currency?
When you select a currency that is different from your current default, a currency change warning will automatically appear.
This warning explains that changing the currency will trigger the following actions:
- Product prices and variations are automatically updated
- Vendor balances are recalculated
- Historical earnings are converted using past exchange rates
- Dashboard balances and withdrawal balances are refreshed
- Cached balance data is cleared
- All analytics and reports are updated to reflect the new currency

Product Price Handling Settings
Purpose
This section controls how product prices behave in a multi-currency environment.
Available Options
You may choose to:
- Set prices using only your default currency, or
- Set prices using only the base currency
This setting determines how product prices are stored and converted when multiple currencies are involved.

Saving Currency Settings
Once you are confident with your selected options:
- Review your default currency
- Confirm your product price handling preference
- Click Save Changes
This will apply the new currency configuration across your entire store.
