1. International orders cannot be returned.
2. We take no responsibility for customs troubles, delays or confiscated packages.
3. We are not liable for package loss or damage at third-party warehouses.
4. Delivery takes 1-6 weeks. 24-48 extra hours are needed for order processing.
5. All import taxes and customs fees shall be paid by buyers.
6. A 5% restocking fee will be charged if packages are returned due to unpaid taxes.
7. Shipping fees are non-refundable for seized or returned packages. Deductions apply on partial refunds.
8. Free shipping is unavailable for international orders. Please contact customer service for shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Once an international order has been dispatched, exchanges or refunds are not permitted except in cases of quality issues. If damage occurs during transit, please attach photos of the opened package and the shipping invoice to contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will compensate based on the number of damaged items.
