This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the announcements page navigation.
Overview
The Announcements Page keeps you informed about important system messages related to your store. This includes platform updates, account notices, and alerts that may require your action. Regularly checking this page helps ensure smooth store operations and prevents missed updates that could affect payouts or account settings.
Accessing the Announcements Page
From your Vendor Dashboard, click Announcements in the main navigation menu to open the announcements panel.
Searching Announcements
Keyword Search
At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar that allows you to search announcements by keyword. This is useful when looking for specific notices or past updates.
Filtering Announcements
Date Range Filters
Next to the search bar are date range filters that help narrow announcements based on when they were posted. Available options typically include:
- Today
- Last week
- Month-to-date
- Year-to-date
Status Filters
You can also filter announcements by status, allowing you to view:
- All announcements
- Unread announcements only
- Read announcements only
Reset Filters
If you want to remove all applied filters and return to the default view, simply use the Reset option.
Announcements List (Left Panel)
On the left side of the page, announcements are displayed in chronological order. Each announcement shows:
- A short message preview
- The time or date it was sent
- A read or unread indicator
This allows you to quickly scan recent updates.
Viewing Announcement Details (Right Panel)
When you select an announcement from the list, its full details appear on the right side of the screen. This includes the complete message content and any important instructions.
Managing Announcements in Bulk
You can select multiple announcements at once using the checkboxes beside each message. This makes it easier to manage, review, or mark multiple announcements efficiently.
