Coupons Page guide

This guide will walk you through the complete process of managing and creating coupons on the Coupons page. You will learn how to navigate the coupons list, switch between coupon tabs, and create a new coupon by configuring its discount type, usage limits, product and category restrictions, and optional settings such as store visibility and free shipping.

The Coupons Page

Navigate to the Coupons page. You will see a table listing all existing coupons, including the Coupon Code, Amount, Discount Type, Usage, Expiry Date, and Actions.

At the top of the page, you can switch between My Coupons and Marketplace Coupons, depending on which coupons you want to manage or view.

How to Add a New Coupon

Step 1: Click “Add New Coupon”

Click the Add New Coupon button to start creating a new coupon. This will open the coupon creation form.

Step 2: Enter Coupon Title and Description

Enter a Coupon Title that clearly represents your promotion or product. Then, add a short and clear Description explaining what the coupon offers.

Step 3: Select Discount Type and Enter Coupon Amount

Choose the Discount Type (such as Percentage or Fixed discount), then enter the corresponding Coupon Amount.

Step 4: Set Email Restrictions (Optional)

In the Email Restrictions section, enter an email address if you want to limit the coupon’s usage to a specific email.

Step 5: Configure Usage Limits

Set the Usage Limit to control how many times the coupon can be used in total, and the Usage Limit per User to limit how many times each customer can use it.

Step 6: Choose an Expiry Date

Select an Expiry Date to define when the coupon will no longer be valid.

Step 7: Exclude Sale Items (Optional)

Enable Exclude Sale Items if you do not want the coupon to apply to items that are already on sale.

Step 8: Set Minimum Purchase Amount

Enter the required cart total in the Minimum Amount field before the coupon can be applied.

Step 9: Select Allowed and Excluded Products

Choose applicable products under Products, then select restricted products under Exclude Products.

Step 10: Select Allowed and Excluded Categories

Choose applicable categories under Categories, and restricted ones under Exclude Categories.

Step 11: Enable Store Visibility and Free Shipping (Optional)

Turn on Show on Store if you want the coupon to be visible to customers. Enable Allow Free Shipping if the coupon includes free delivery.

Step 12: Save the Coupon

Review all details, then click Save. The new coupon will appear in your coupons list.
