This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the reviews page navigation.
Overview
The Reviews Page allows vendors to view, manage, and moderate customer feedback for their store. This section helps ensure that published reviews are appropriate, organized, and accurately reflect customer experiences.
Accessing the Reviews Page
From your Vendor Dashboard, navigate to the Reviews section using the main side menu or navigation panel.
Page Layout and Sections
1. Review Status Tabs
At the top of the page, you will see four tabs that categorize reviews based on their status:
- Approved – Reviews that are publicly visible on your store.
- Pending – Newly submitted reviews waiting for approval.
- Spam – Reviews flagged as suspicious or irrelevant.
- Trash – Reviews that have been deleted or removed.
These tabs allow you to quickly filter and manage reviews without searching manually.
2. Reviews Table
Below the tabs is the Reviews Table, where all review entries are displayed based on the selected tab.
Each row in the table typically includes:
- Author – The customer who submitted the review
- Review Content – The written feedback
- Rating – The star or numerical rating given
- Actions – Available moderation options (such as approve, move to spam, or delete)
This table updates dynamically depending on which review status tab is selected.
3. No Reviews State
If your store has not received any reviews yet, the table area will display a simple message:
“No results.”
This indicates that there are currently no reviews under the selected status tab.
Managing Reviews
Once customers begin submitting reviews:
- New reviews will usually appear under the Pending tab.
- You can review the content, then decide whether to approve, mark as spam, or move to trash.
- Approved reviews become visible to customers on your store page.
Regular moderation helps maintain credibility and ensures your store reflects accurate customer feedback.
